rental rules: APARTMENT RULES Welcome to our Cannes apartment! We like him very much, he is our pied-à-terre when we come to Cannes. We try to make it as pleasant as possible for our visitors by constantly improving it. We thank you for using it as if it were your own, and in particular: - to ensure the cleanliness and calm of the premises, in particular not to organise parties or parties, and to refrain from any noise on the terrace, especially after 10 pm; - dry the laundry on the drying rack provided for this purpose on the terrace and not on the railings of the latter; - remember to turn off the reversible air conditioning and/or electric radiators and towel warmers when you don't need them, as well as close the windows when you use them; - Replace the basic products you have used (cleaning and food products, Nespresso coffee capsules, etc.); (1) - remember to put the garbage bag(s) in the room located on the left in the entrance to the first car park (the key to the room is in the drawer of the cabinet on the left under the television). - leave the dishes clean and tidy when you leave (the cleaning package includes cleaning the apartment before your arrival and after your departure, as well as the provision and washing of sheets, pillowcases, towels and washcloths but not the washing of the dishes). Possibility on request to benefit from a paid cleaning service during the stay. - (1) The Nespresso boutique in Cannes is located on Rue des Serbes. Some special points: - The apartment is non-smoking and we regret not being able to accommodate our animal friends. - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels are provided (but not beach towels) - You access the internet with fibre via Wi-Fi (Freebox Pop). The access code (which you will find in the box and on the base of the television) is: bhvsnqzxccqs3vm7q43rvt - You have television via DTT (use the Samsung remote control of the television) and more channels via the box (use the Free remote control. Careful! To close the TV using this remote control, press the "close" button for two seconds and confirm the closing by following the message displayed on the screen. If you do not use this procedure and by turning the television back on with the Free remote control the image jumps or is blurred, just unplug and reconnect the power cord behind the box and everything is restored). - Hot water is provided by a cumulus tank, no handling to be done. - Reversible air conditioning (air conditioning and heating) works very simply with a remote control. The electric heaters in the bedroom and entrance work with a thermostat on the unit. - A smoke and carbon monoxide detector is located in the entrance hallway. - The apartment has two beds for two people: a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. However, the reception is limited to a maximum of three people. - The living room table has two extensions: you can also use it as a computer workspace. - Please do not barbecue on the terrace! -CAREFUL! Do not block the normal descent of the electric roller shutter by any object (table, chair, etc.). The environment: You do everything on foot! - The Intermarché supermarket is located in front of the apartment, just cross Volta Street. - On the ground floor of the building you will find a dry cleaner. - For the rue d'Antibes, the Croisette and the beaches: just cross the expressway and you are there in 5 minutes. The train station is 10 minutes away along the Boulevard d'Alsace. The Palais des Festivals is 12 minutes away, either by the Croisette or the rue d'Antibes, or by the boulevard d'Alsace. - The nearest post office has been transferred to the Intermarché supermarket, opposite the apartment. - The city bus stop is located on Boulevard d'Alsace next to the Chinese restaurant. The city centre shuttle bus (with a ticket valid for the day) stops at the corner of Rue Pasteur and Rue d'Antibes. - If you have a car, either you park it free of charge in the surrounding streets (e.g. Rue Louis Nouveau), or you use the Lamy covered and guarded public car park (Place du Commandant Lamy, three minutes away). It is paid but there are interesting packages. Possibility on request to rent an outdoor parking space in the building. - If you want to go to the swimming pool, the nearest one is the one in Montfleury (19 avenue Beauséjour), a five-minute walk away. Tennis courts are located in the same place. - You have at your disposal in the apartment all the documentation about Cannes and the surroundings: maps of the city, security telephone numbers, restaurants, taxis, bus and boat schedules to the islands, etc. The Tourist Office at the Palais des Festivals can provide you with all the extras you need.
